| Nearly 18 Bloomington-Normal bars will host the annual Putt Putt for Charity at noon on Sunday Oct. 23 to benefit all the programs of the Western Avenue Community Center. Each bar will create their own unique hole and teams of four players can pay $60 to travel around and play 9 holes. An after party will be hosted at Windjammer Lounge, 2303 Stern Dr., Bloomington where score cards must be delivered by 6 p.m. and free pizza and prizes will be awarded. Each team must have a designated driver. To play, pick up a score card from Digger’s Again, 230 E. Front St., Bloomington between 5 and 7 p.m. on Sat. Oct. 22 or at 11:45 a.m. on Sun. Oct. 23.
