The Rock began preparing for the Super Bowl yesterday when his production company Seven Bucks Digital Studios set a new world record by creating the world’s largest seven layer dip. The 540-pound creation was made in a 100-gallon fish tank at the studio. It took four chefs five hours to prepare.

• 76 quarts of sour cream
• 9 pounds of seasoning
• 70 pounds of cheese
• 38 quarts of guacamole
• 38 quarts of tomatoes
• 19 quarts of green tomatoes
• 37 quarts of black olives

But wait! It’s all for a good cause, it is being donated to a homeless shelter.
