Taylor Swift is trying to protect her privacy, do you think it’s because of all that Kanye phone drama?

Allegedly the pop star has requested that the judge over her legal battle with a former Colorado radio personality protect the photo of him “groping her butt” from the public. The photo is believed to be evidence that the DJ, David Mueller, groped her at a 2013 concert. However the DJ has filed a lawsuit against Taylor, stating this whole situation has nothing to do with him, because she’s got the wrong guy and he has now been without a job since 2013.

He was even accused of lifting up Taylor Swift’s skirt, although he claims she’s got the wrong guy. The photo in question is thought to show the groping, which is why she wants it private.

Some believe that this argument could thrown out if the photo went public and there’d be evidence if it was in fact him who caused the sexual assault. At the end of the day, she was groped and should respect her choice, but if this guy is telling the truth, Taylor needs to arrange an apology.
