Kim Kardashian West was robbed inside her Paris hotel suite on Sunday. Thankfully she was not harmed, just “badly shaken.” One of the world’s most famous women has not personally commented on the frightening incident. Reports are that five men dressed as police officers and apparently held the concierge at gunpoint to entered Kim’s hotel room and stole millions of dollars worth of jewelry. Only two men entered the room, while the remaining waited with the concierge. Kim Kardashian was then taken and tied up in the bathroom where she “begged for her life” stating their were children in the suite.
Back in the U.S., Kim Kardashian’s husband Kanye West was performing at The Meadows Music And Arts Festival in Queens, New York when he signaled something serious had taken place with his family. The singer was performing his song “Heartless” when he was notified onstage by another man of the scary news. He immediately told the crowd, “I’m sorry. Family emergency. I have to stop the show,” before rushing off the stage.
The robbers escaped with what we believe to be her wedding ring worth about $4.5 million and a jewelry box containing other items worth $5.6 million. The Associated Press also cited a Paris police official confirming this information. The robbers seem to have be aware that security was light during this event, while Kim’s main security guard was out with her sister Kourtney at a party in Paris.
Kim Kardashian West traveled to France for Paris Fashion Week and attended the Givenchy show Sunday night.
