Town of Normal and City of Bloomington 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Please knock only on doors with porch lights on, and don’t forget to say “THANK YOU!”

Eastland Mall, in Bloomington from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Children age 12 and under are welcome, but full face masks are not allowed for security. Look for WBNQ’s Cody West and Davis to be passing out candy with the Bloomington Police Department and Explorers crew!
