HOUSE OF CARDS Has Been Muppetized As HOUSE OF BRICKS [VIDEO]

(YouTube/SesameStreet)

Would you believe that over 60% OF Sesame Street’s viewing audience is adults?? Those little kiddos aren’t watching Cookie Monster by themselves. That’s why so many guest stars and episodes have nods to the older viewers.

Netflix’s Emmy Award winning political drama “House of Cards” returns for a third season this Friday. I will be one of many Americans will probably binge watch all 13 episodes this weekend.

Sesame Street is obviously just as excited for this Friday’s release of Season 3 of “House of Cards” as I am. The children’s show released a parody video Monday called “House of Bricks”. The video takes David Fincher’s theme music and anti-hero Frank Underwood’s Charleston-inflected accent in a version of the “Three Little Pigs” fairy tale adapted to Washington.

Frank Underwolf, a muppet version of the “House of Cards” protagonist, aims to huff and puff and blow down the straw and stick houses on the block so he can get to the White (Brick) House. But when he finally does reach his destination, he finds that he’s less secure in his seat of power than he might have hoped.

Here is the plot description from Youtube:

Some people say there’s too much pork in this town. Frank Underwolf could not agree more. And that is why Mr. Underwolf is on a mission to huff and puff and blow down all the little pigs’ houses. In this town, you have to know which way the wind is blowing, and unfortunately, for those little piggies, it’s about to get very windy.

THIS IS SO AWESOME!!!!!!
