Trivia is serious business. If you think I’m joking, check out my blog from last week. It gets real.
Last week our team (Table-Jackers) dominated 2 nights of trivia, taking home the crown both nights. BUT… last night at Joe’s Pub, the Table-Jackers were de-throned in a failed attempt to score the trifecta.
“I’m proud we rallied,” said Laura Ewan. “We came from the middle of the pack and made our way up slowly but surely.” The team did rally toward the end, finishing the game with a 2nd place standing.
There were a few questions that threw the team for a loop, most were from the category, Famous Orphans. Brandi McCarrey said in a post game interview, “None of the answers were Annie. I was really upset about it.”
None the less, 90’s Chicago Bulls restored the confidence the team needed to move ahead. The final round was a good one for the Table-Jackers, where they answered every question correctly for a perfect round.
