The pop superstar shared an Instagram reel on Sunday (August 25) documenting her picturesque, relaxing vacation in Bali, and from the looks of things she doesn’t want to return to the creative pressure and industry expectations of the music world any time soon. Lizzo’s post featured the Grammy-winning singer wearing a swimsuit while taking a deep breath on a secluded balcony before doing a sun salutation in the falling rain, and she captioned it with the zen-like mantra, “I’m taking a gap year & protecting my peace🙏🏾.”

Lizzo’s recent social media posts suggest that she is enjoying her life away from music at the moment, though an intriguing recent post with fellow Grammy-winning R&B superstar SZA has sparked rumors about a potential future collaboration.
