Subaru is recalling over 118,000 vehicles over an issue with the air bags.
The NHTSA says a faulty sensor can prevent the front passenger air bag from deploying properly.
The recall applies to 2020-2022 Outback and Legacy vehicles. Owners will be notified by letter in May.
