A preview of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny was just revealed

The teaser trailer for the newest Indiana Jones film has dropped, and I’m finally excited about the 5th installment of the series. (Still hate movie #4 “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” with Shiah LaBeouf, so I was skeptical until I saw the trailer).The first look trailer was revealed during Brazil’s CCXP comic con.

Director James Mangold took over the franchise once helmed by Steven Spielberg, and for the fifth installment, he wants to focus the story on an “aging hero.” It is the first film in the series not directed by Steven Spielberg nor with a story written by George Lucas, with Spielberg serving as a producer instead. Look for these familiar faces in the trailer : John Rhys-Davies reprises his role as Sallah, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen, Boyd Holbrook, Thomas Kretschmann, Toby Jones, and Antonio Banderas are all on this adventure together.

For the record, Harrison Ford, who plays Indiana Jones, just turned 80 this year, and for some flashback scenes, anti aging technology was used.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny will hit theaters on June 30, 2023.
