A judge is allowing Johnny Depp’s libel suit against Amber Heard to move forward.

Amber’s lawyers asked the judge to dismiss the case arguing that Depp had failed to make his case a matter of law and that no reasonable jury could find in his favor.

Johnny’s team spent three weeks presenting their case. It is now Amber’s team’s turn.

Johnny Depp is suing Amber Heard for $50 million.
