James Franco is about to shell out a lot of money as a settlement for the sexual-misconduct case that was brought against him.

The actor has to pay over $2.2 million. It will not only be him, though. It will be his production company Rabbit Bandini Productions, the film school he founded, Studio 4, and more.

To recap, James had a film school in 2014. Students from that school accused him of putting them in uncomfortable and exploitative sexual situations.
