From the time Netflix made the decision to stream the film Cuties, they’ve been in hot water.

It’s now come out that the French film has led some government officials to do more than just talk bad about the movie. They’ve now decided to take them to court.

A Texas grand jury has made the motion to indict Netflix on charges over the film.

Some say that the charges against the streaming giant won’t stick and wouldn’t be touched by a prosecutor, but only time will tell.
