This is what I’m making, and that means getting my peppers today.

The day of the big game is a food holiday for sure, but if you are trying to stay low or no carb, it is a challenge!
Preparation of tasty treats in advance is the best way to stay focused, and I love this combination two of my favorite keto recipes into one awesome dish!

BUFFALO CHICKEN JALAPENO POPPER CASSEROLE
I drool just saying the name of this cheesy, spicey, gorgeous dish to pass num num that won’t hurt your carb count.

Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless chicken thighs,
(6-small) 6 slices bacon 3 medium jalapenos*
12 ounces cream cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
2 ounces shredded mozzarella Cheese
¼ cup Frank’s Red Hot
Salt and pepper to taste

Nutrition Summary: This makes 6 servings of Buffalo Chicken Jalapeno Popper Casserole. Each serving is 782 Calories, 66.97g Fats, 4.59g Net Carbs, and 38.61g Protein.
