Justin Bieber may have cleaned up his act, but that doesn’t mean that his past doesn’t come back to try and haunt him every now and then.

On Thursday (June 28), TMZ reported that the Biebster’s former Calabasas neighbor, Jeffrey Schwartz, wants him arrested after the singer decided to skip out on a scheduled deposition with his lawyers. Just last Friday, the 24-year-old was ordered by a judge to attend a deposition, but the former neighbor claims that the singer skipped out on the court visit to spend time with rumored girlfriend Hailey Baldwin. Since he missed out on the deposition, Schwartz wants the judge to issue a bench warrant for the singer and is requesting that he fines him $1,000 for every day he refuses to sit down and situate this ongoing house egging case.

Additionally, Schwartz has accused the singer of “obfuscation and delay tactics,” considering this is reportedly the fifth time that Bieber canceled on a deposition for the case in the last two years. The judge has yet to rule on the warrant.

In case you don’t remember, this incident occurred back in 2014 and prompted Schwartz to sue the singer for emotional stress that he and his wife endured. Since the debacle, Bieber was criminally charged in the case and paid $80,000 in restitution.
