Adele fans thought that she was taking another five plus years off.  A year ago, the 30-year-old said she may never tour again…but get excited because she’s working on a new album!

According to The Sun, the “Hello” singer is hard at work on a new collection of songs to follow up her 2015 award-winning album, 25.

“She’s back in the UK and intends to write here,” a source told the site. “A number of studio musicians have been approached to work with her and she’s already penned some of the songs.”

Now, before you get too excited, the site also reported the new album is set to drop sometime around Christmas of 2019. That’s nearly a year and a half from now, it’s good to have something to look forward to, right?
