She first started a contest surrounding her latest music video, “Regret In Your Tears” that was initially about a lip syncing her song via the app Musical.ly, but she shifted gears when one follower asked if she would pay for her college tuition. Nicki agreed and opened up the opportunity to others.

Nicki Minaj is offering to pay off $25,000 worth of college tuition and other school costs.
This isn’t Nicki’s first time lending a hand either; she paid tuition bills for several fans. She gave money to others to enroll in school.
