If you’ve ever been woken up out of your sleep by a loud snorer or you, yourself can’t shake the hate people give you for your snoring; then you need to practice these steps.
1. Tennis Balls for Sleep Training
- Change your sleeping position from on your back to on your side…attach a tennis ball to your back.
2. Weight Loss and Exercise
- If your neck circumference is greater than 16 inches, the chances of the fat pushing down on the throat make the snoring increase.
3. Stop Smoking
- Cigarette smoke is a known irritant for the nasal cavity and throat. It can cause swelling, reduce airway openings and lead to congestion.
4. Focus on Hydration
- Staying hydrated will help alleviate dryness
5. Remove Allergens
- You should rotate and replace your pillows throughout the year, as they can collect dust mites and other allergens.
And if that doesn’t work, have your tonsils removed like I did. You’ll sleep much better.
