It’s Tuesday and if you’re reading this, you’re obviously winning. Yeah so what, I took Monday off, but I’m back in the gym! I’m kicking this Tuesday into high gear with these songs that are sure to make your sprints a little more fun!

5. Julia Michaels- Issues

Why I love it: This song is how we all feel, and during a workout it’s consistent motivation that you can do it!

4. DJ Kahled/Beyonce/Jay- Z- Shinging’

Why I love it: I feel like anytime Beyonce sings it’s just motivation to do better. Mix that with Kahled’s beats and a verse or two by Jay and we have a hit!

3. Kid Cudi – Surfin’

Why I love it: The beat doesn’t let you slow down to catch a break, it forces you to win. With the “jungle vibe,” it makes me feel that I’m a warrior in a battle and instantly your workout turns into a dance party.

2. Lady Gaga – A-YO

Why I love it: I just love Lady Gaga, and I can’t stop talking about her new album! This song is one of the upbeat songs off the album, so I force it into a workout because everything is better with Gaga.

1. Migos – T-Shirt

Why I love it: I’m so happy for one of my favorite rap groups, because they are blowing up more than ever. But, this song has so much attitude and sassy for a workout, it’s perfect! Plus, you can’t go wrong with getting a little ratchet while shedding some pounds.
