Many details have been released by JT about his new music but we need more!
Two days ago, JT released on his channels the following video, narrated by Benicio Del Toro.
Justin Timberlake has filed trademark applications for “Everything I Thought It Was” and “Everything I Thought It Was… A Sonic film.” The trademark app for ‘EITIW’ was filed by TBTHC LLC and signed by C. Brandon Browning, an attorney who knows his way around the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, which is relevant to JT and what appears to be a soon-to-be-announced album. (Thanks TMZ for the research)
Browning trademarked Justin’s “Man of the Woods” album in 2018, and now he is doing it again for “Everything I Thought It Was.” JT is also teasing something with those initials — ‘EITIW’ — on social media.
ICYMI, Justin recently scrubbed his Instagram page, leaving only two posts—the ‘EITIW’ one and one promoting his Friday night show in Memphis. At the show, JT surprised the crowd by performing his first new song in “Selfish”, part of a new album that will be his first in 6 years. Videos of the concert have surfaced on social media.
JT did leave us a little audio only taste on YouTube ..
Tmberlake was also just announced as a guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday next week, and the musical guest on Saturday Night Live (alongside host Dakota Johnson) on Jan. 27.
But we still don’t have an official release date for the album EITIW! Sigh…but I’ll let you know as soon as confirmation comes!
