A Glass Ceiling Has Been Broken In The NFL By Pinar Toprak

Amazon Prime Video, which will be taking over Thursday Night Football, is revealing more about what their broadcasts will be like.

The San Francisco 49ers and Houston Texans face-off in Prime Video’s inaugural preseason game on Thursday, August 25, with Al Michaels and Kirk Herbstreit handling the play by play. Charissa Thompson will be in the studio for the pre- and post-game coverage, and, barring his DUI arrest affecting his employment status, former running back Marshawn Lynch will also be involved doing something.

 I’m most excited about the new Thursday Night Football theme song!

The new theme was composed by Pinar Toprak, whose work has been heard in The Captain Marvel Movie, Fortnite and a lot of other movies and shows. This is the first time the NFL has ever used a female composed piece of music for a media creation, and we can now watch the recording of the theme song that used a live 70 piece orchestra.
