The first full length trailer of the ‘Game of Thrones’ prequel ‘House of the Dragon’ has arrived

Set 200 years before the events of the original series, House Of The Dragon promises all the magic, war, and politics of royalty that Game Of Thrones made us crave.

George R.R. Martin’s 700-page Fire & Blood is the source material, as House Of The Dragon will chronicle the power struggles of House Targaryen amid a civil war on HBO

This nearly three-minute trailer is almost twice as long as the first preview released in May. Let’s watch!

Matt Smith, see above as Prince Daemon Targaryen, and Emma D’Arcy as Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, are two cast members set to appear at the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con for a House Of The Dragon panel. Paddy Considine as King Viserys Targaryen and Olivia Cooke as Alicent Hightower are also in the cast. House Of The Dragon premieres August 21st on HBO.

It was 3 years ago in May of 2019 that we saw the last and to some-the most disappointing episodes of Game of Thrones. Are you ready and excited to go into this particular fantasy world again?
