Robin Roberts posted a video to her social media sharing that her partner of 17 years, Amber, has breast cancer.

She said Amber was there for her when she had her own cancer diagnosis and she plans to be there for Amber.

Because of this Robin will be away from Good Morning America periodically as Amber goes through chemo treatment.
