A key piece of evidence found among Brian Laundrie’s remains could answer some key questions – if the FBI can dry it out first.
A notebook was one of the items found near Laundrie’s remains earlier this week – but investigators haven’t cracked it open yet, because it had been underwater and was still wet when it was found.
One expert says the notebook was “possibly salvageable”, telling CNN “They are going to use any potential means to dry that out before opening it. They’ll be very careful with that.”
