The court recently ruled in Kelly Clarkson’s favor for her to keep the Montana Ranch, which was an important piece in her divorce from her ex-husband.

Reportedly, Brandon Blackstock is refusing to leave the ranch and wants to remain there permanently.

The Judge said, “The Court, therefore, rejects Respondent’s [Brandon’s] position that the Montana Ranch and other Montana properties are marital property owned 50/50 by the Parties.”

There is a video of Blackstock stating that the judge has not ruled on the Montana ranch yet, and he is still living there.
