To celebrate, CBS is planning a primetime special that will look back at past winners and celebrate long-time host, Bob Barker. The show premiered on September 4, 1972, and has had 68,000 contestants come on stage to try and win cash and prizes. Season 50 will premiere on Monday, September 13 with two new games mixed in with the classic games you love.
