Have you been thinking about a career change?  You’re not alone, according to a new Microsoft survey.

Researchers found that as many as 40% of the global workforce is thinking about quitting their jobs – a wave some are calling the ‘Great Resignation”.

Why are so many people thinking of quitting?  It could be that people are re-evaluating their lives after the pandemic.  Others might not want to return to the office after a year of working from home.
