Walt Disney Animation Studios announced Encanto is set to debut in theaters November 24.

This new movie features music by the Tony-winning Hamilton mastermind Lin-Manuel Miranda, who earned an Academy Award nomination for the song “How Far I’ll Go” from the 2016 animation hit Moana and appeared in the 2018 film “Mary Poppins Returns”.

Set in Colombia, the animated film tells the story of a magical family.

Encanto is directed by Byron Howard and Jared Bush and co-directed and co-written by Charise Castro Smith.

But you don’t have to wait until November for fun with LMM Miranda, as the film version of his show In the Heights will be released in theaters and HBO Max on June 11.
