Sounds wonderful! Getting paid to do something we should already be doing for ourselves.
The United States is full of workaholics, I am one of them. According to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the US is the only country that doesn’t REQUIRE time off, and those of us who get vacation days don’t always use it. In fact, most Americans don’t use 33% of the vacation days we are given.
How sad is that?
If the pandemic has taught me anything, it’s that it is OK to take time for ourselves.
Good news is, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts has launched “Operation Out of Office” encouraging workers to actually take their vacation days, and they are going to reward you for it to!
One lucky overworked person will win a two week vacation AND a $5,000 paycheck! Plus if you use your actual vacation days at work, it’s PAID TIME OFF!
