As the investigation continues surrounding the dognapping of Lady Gaga’s two French Bulldogs, new information suggests the act could be tied to a gang initiation.

Police state that there have been several crimes much like this one being carried out in the L.A. area lately.

Additionally, the woman who returned the dogs hasn’t received the $500,000 reward money yet.

Police are encouraging Lady Gaga to wait to pay the woman until they can ensure she wasn’t a part of the crime. They don’t think she is but want to be certain.
