If you didn’t want to shell out $30 to see the live-action version of Mulan, you’ll be happy to know that you can watch it for free at a smaller price on Disney Plus starting today (Friday, December 4).

Earlier this year, the film faced challenges because of the COVID-19 pandemic causing executives to release the film in homes.

I paid the $30 to watch the film at home the day it arrived in September, and didn’t feel cheated at all because it was beautiful to watch and still entertaining even without the sing along songs, but that was before the controversy about the places the movie was filmed came to light.
