Hyatt Hotels has announced that it will be laying off 1,300 employees as part of a restructuring plan amid the coronavirus pandemic.

It will also cut the pay of senior management, board members, and all employees as part of the restructuring plan.

Those employees that are laid off will qualify for severance pay.
