Ford, 3M, GE, Team Up To Produce Ventilators

Some major corporations are stepping up efforts to produce badly-needed ventilators and other medical equipment during the coronavirus outbreak.

Ford is teaming up with GE to work on ventillators, and working with 3M on a new design of air-purifying mask for health care workers, which would be produced in their facilities.

Meanwhile, GM and Ventec are also working on ventilators, while Fiat Chrysler plans to produce one million face shields per month.
