Moms across the country are not happy with Yankee Candle after not receiving the candles that they ordered on Black Friday.
Angry customers have taken to social media to vent about not receiving their orders and say they haven’t received any response from the company on the status of their company.
Some have even claimed to have spent over two hours waiting to be helped by customer service to get answers about their orders.
Gifting and using the candles are a holiday tradition for many families.
