Big Bang Theory Has Shot Their Final Episode

The cast and crew of The Big Bang Theory just filmed their 279th and final episode on Tuesday night.
VIP’s, members of the media and super fans were in attendance to see them tape the one-hour finale. Even though specific details are being kept secret, reports say the audience laughed, gasped and cheered loudly. With their 12 year run, The Big Bang Theory is now officially the longest-running multi-camera comedy ever with a grand total of 276 episodes. That beats the previous record-holder Cheers.

The final episode will air on CBS May 16, 2019.

Jim Parson’s portrayal of the ever special character of Sheldon is what hooked my family on to the show about 7 years ago. In one summer, we gorged the first 5 seasons on DVD, and rocked our RV and home with laughter. If you haven’t previously been sucked into a combination ” best of”   moments video via Facebook before, here is good one of the 4 time Emmy award winning Mr. Parsons.

Losing this show is going to hurt me more than the end of Game of Thrones or Avengers.
