Ja Rule and Ashanti will headline River City Soul Fest on the Peoria Riverfront this summer. Plus, Chingy will perform too! The festival runs August 10-12.
River City Soul Fest was started in 1999 to celebrate African-American culture and heritage through gospel and R&B music.This weekend we are sending you and a friend to the Soul Fest at Peoria’s Riverfront on August 11th.
