Archie Jay’s Gym Playlist This Week

On average, I achieve going to the gym 5 times a week, but in order to have a successful workout you must have great music. I like to warm up with a nice slower tempo, but by time I’m near the end of a workout, I’m going full out! Check my playlist blew, in order from warm ups to cool downs.

1. Ariana Grande – No Tears Left To Cry: It’s just amazing!

2. Maroon 5 – Girls Like You: Anything ft. Cardi B. is a favorite!

3. YG – Big Bank: It isn’t a gym workout without Hip Hop to get the energy going.

4. Janelle Monae – I Like That: Talented, yet still not mainstream, but the entire album is great.

5. Selena Gomez – Back To You: This song will just automatically make you smile.

6. Meghan Trainor – Let You Be Right: She’s my BFF in my head so Duhhh!

Of course that isn’t the full playlist, but those are the essential songs to get me going, otherwise I’m blasting the throwback tracks that we all know and love by: Usher, Lil John, Beyonce, Selena Gomez (Disney edition), Britney etc.
