Rapper and singer NF, (Nathan Feuerstein), topped the Billboard album chart in October with his album Perception, and now he’s released a video for his hit single, “Let You Down.”

The clips shows an older man standing on a dock looking at a lake, while a fully-clothed NF drowns right in front of him. As he flails and tries to keep from going under, the man just looks at him, and doesn’t help. The video is very impactful.

Fast forward to the final shot, the older man is back on the dock, looking at NF drowning once again. But then a woman approaches him on the dock and says, “Nathan?”

So what does it all mean? The lyrics of the song seem to be written from the perspective of a child telling a parent that he’s sorry he’s let them down. But does NF feel that he’s let himself down? (Full Video Review HERE)
