Kids, school, work, life in general came get in the way of working out, well there’s a solution! Dusting, mopping and cleaning your house are all great ways to burn calories without leaving the house.

Good Housekeeping found that people burned about 600 calories doing just two-hours of intense household chores, which is more than the 308 calories burned during a 5k run.

Don’t have time to clean for two hours? Window cleaning topped the list, with people burning an average of 115 calories in just 20 minutes. Mopping the floor came in second place with 107 calories burned while cleaning the bathroom burned 100 calories.

Looks like that fall cleaning is just in time.
