Apparently there’s a scientific temperature the water in your shower should be and we’re all probably showering in a little too hot of water.

The best water temperature for shower time is 105-110 degrees Fahrenheit. Well are we even supposed to know the temperature of our shower if the shower head doesn’t tell us?

Well, if your skin is turning red, the water is too hot.

And just so you know, while showering can help with keeping your skin moisturized, you still need to moisturize afterwards to lock in the goodness.
