You sleep on your bed every night, but how often are you really cleaning it? Think about it, all the sweat, hair and late night cookie crumbs that are working their way under the sheets and into your mattress. You want to keep it clean and prevent any gross bugs right? Well, baking soda can fix that too!
When applied to your mattress it can actually fight bacteria and clean up all the stains and dust mites that are lurking in your mattress.
All you have to do to harness the power of baking soda is get yourself a fresh box of baking soda and a vacuum cleaner. If you want to add a scent you can add in a couple drops of your favorite essential oil.
