Emilio Is Why I Became A Partner In Hope For St. Jude

Christine Gravez and Daughter Isabel

Christine Gravez, mother to Emilio and Isabel, can explain better than anyone why you should become a Partner In Hope during our 2015 St. Jude Radiothon. After hearing her story, I became a Partner In Hope myself.

Little Emilio Gravez was diagnosed with a Stage IV Neuroblastoma at age 3 and 1/2, and was quickly sent for treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis. Even though incredible efforts were made, Emilio passed away less than 12 months later. It is so inspiring that Emilio’s family still continues to passionately campaign for your support of St. Jude’s. Hear in Christine and Isabel Gravez’s own words why they they love this organization.

For less than a dollar a day, you can help fund research and medical treatments that will save children just like Emilio Gravez of Normal, Illinois. A cure was not found in time for the Gravez family, but they believe that we could see an end to childhood cancer in our lifetime with the help of your donations to the finest medical organization in the United States.
