Want to get more use out of that Halloween costume?  After you take the kids out in your neighborhood, bring them to Eastland Mall to trick-or-treat with WBNQ and the Bloomington Police Department!  WBNQ and the BPD will have candy to hand out to the trick-or-treaters.  The retailers in Eastland Mall will also be handing out goodies; just look in the store windows for a special sign that indicates they are participating!

WBNQ’s Cody West and Archie Jay will be set up with the BPD in Eastland Mall from 5 until 7pm for a safe and fun Halloween for all!
