Stephanie Byron is suing an Escambia County, Florida Deputy for unnecessarily tasing her.

The officer tried to apologize to Byron by sending her a cake.

The cake was decorated with one stick figure tasing another and the message; “Sorry I Tased You”

Byron is seeking unspecified damages.

The complaint claims the deputy took Byron’s sweet tea from her and refused to give it back. When Byron approached him to retrieve the drink, he allegedly discharged the stun gun into her chest and throat. The complaint also alleges when Byron fell to the ground, Wohlers “jumped onto Ms. Byron, kneeing her in the chest” and “forcefully removed the Taser prods.”

Needless to say, Stephanie was not amused and is still seeking unspecified damages.
