The crazy, greasy, and typically double deep-fried foods of State Fair’s, but particularly of Texas are iconic, but unfortunately, they only come around once a year. Well, not anymore. Two-time winner of the Big Tex Choice Award for Most Creative, Isaac Rousso will be opening State Fair Treats inside his local Walmart in Plano, Texas, later this month.

I, Archie Jay got an exclusive look at the menu with 45 delicious snacks and goodies, brace yourselves: cookie fries, smoky bacon margarita, fried Pop-Tarts, and deep-fried Cuban rolls to name a few. Isaac Rousso and his family have been important at the State Fair of Texas every year, luckily Walmart approached him with the idea of opening up a restaurant.

If all goes well, he plans to open more state fair restaurants and expand across the country.
