Oh great! now I’ve got a valid excuse to be afraid of the toilet. NOOOOO!!!!

An elderly man from Cork County, England is recovering from being bit on the butt by a rat. The man was going to the bathroom when the rat crawled through a sewer line, popped out in a toilet, and bit the man’s left cheek. City council members are warning people to check their toilets before going to the bathroom. They are blaming the rat problem on local flooding.

A city council member tells the Evening Echo newspaper: ”The flooding resulted in another problem for residents, that of rat infestation, which really upset many families, mentally and physically, and indeed, one elderly gentleman suffered a rat bite to his posterior while using his toilet, and had to receive immediate medical attention. I would advise homeowners to keep their toilet seats down when not in use, and to watch their posteriors.”
