Ariel Winter… oooops, I mean Alex Dunphy on Modern Family, was out looking incredible and confident after having breast reduction surgery.

She decided to undergo the procedure after suffering from back pain. She says she feels like a new person after deciding not to live with the pain anymore. I think she certainly looks like a very strong and confident woman.
