l  bio  l - I guess that depends on what name I use...make sense?

l favorite.music l - What's the standard cliche answer here...? If you ask anyone what they listen to these days you get this answer..."I listen to everything"...I try not to conform, I consume a steady diet of Celtic. 'nuff said.

l hobbies l - You can usually catch me with a video camera strapped to my hand. I tend to capture life in digital form. Have you seen BNQ Tube? Try it on for size.

l favorite.tv.shows l - I consume the Discovery Channel on a daily basis. There is just something about the Puffin's natural habitat that intrigues me.

l nourishment l - Currently, my favorite form of nourishment is chicken, in salad, with Avantis Italian Dressing. Actually, anything dipped in Avanti's Italian Dressing is delicious beyond reasoning. 

l wisdom l - "Watch the thinker" - Tolle
